How you will contribute
- Manage the product lifecycle for lending products, driving continuous improvement;
- Lead the structuring and implementation of non-standard credit and financing products for corporate clients;
- Oversee the product approval process and ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements;
- Define and implement training strategies to enhance sales team product knowledge;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure successful product management;
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and Erste Group entities for effective product management;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requests and internal/external audits;
- Participate and give guidance for group initiatives related to corporate lending product management;
- Serve as a key decision maker for product policy and procedure modifications.
What will help you be successful
- Master's degree;
- Extensive product management experience in credit, trade finance, and non-standard product structuring for corporate clients;
- Strong understanding of banking systems, processes, and project management;
- Excellent cross functional collaboration skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Experience responding to regulatory and audit inquiries;
- Experience with digital services and / or corporate digital needs is an advantage;
- Analytical & presentation skills;
- Proficiency in English.
