Responsibilities & Requirements

The Project Manager I leads the planning, coordination, and execution of small to medium-sized projects that support patient care, operational reliability, and regulatory compliance across Kettering Health. This role ensures effective communication among stakeholders, manages project resources, and upholds standards for quality, safety, and compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 1-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or related operational setting. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering, data science, operations management, healthcare/business administration, or other related discipline is preferred. Experience with quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is strongly preferred. Experience with data/statistical analysis is strongly preferred. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or completion within agreed upon timeframe) is strongly preferred.
