Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field with 0-1 years of experience. Proficiency in business analysis techniques and familiarity with Agile methodologies are highly preferred.

Full description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs and expected outcomes for assigned features, with guidance from your mentor BA and Product Owner
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and process maps for features on digital platforms e.g. Emma by AXA, Quest by AXA etc.
  • Support digital journey design and refinement, from requirement clarification through to spotting improvement opportunities in user feedback or usage data
  • Prepare and execute test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ahead of release
  • Use AI tools to speed up research synthesis, requirement drafting, and documentation, applying AI responsibly within governance and compliance requirements
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) within your product's scrum team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of business analysis techniques such as process mapping, user story writing, and UAT test case design
  • Practical exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for research or documentation is an advantage
  • Exposure to digital customer journeys (e.g. onboarding, policy servicing, or claims flows) is an advantage
  • Insurance or financial services knowledge is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) is an advantage
