JOB TITLE: Field-based Installation Inspector (Quality Assurance Tech)
LOCATION: DEnver, CO
REPORTS TO: Installation Manager

OVERVIEW:

In this role, you'll be our frontline hero, inspecting flooring installations in apartments and student housing owned by universities and colleges. Your keen eye for detail and knack for minor repairs will ensure our customers receive top-notch service. Plus, with daily use of a company vehicle, you'll have the freedom to drive to job sites and make a real difference.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive to multifamily job sites daily to inspect flooring installations
- Report and follow up on incidents to ensure timely resolution
- Identify and remedy minor installation defects using company tools
- Log quality inspections and customer interactions
- Collaborate with subcontracted installers and vendors to address issues and stay updated on product knowledge and installation methods
- Conduct installation education seminars and assist in training new sales reps
- Assist with material pickup and delivery to job sites
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Experience with carpet and vinyl flooring materials and related supplies
- Ability to perform floor covering repairs
- Physically capable of climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
