Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in project management to launch hardware New Product Introduction processes for electronics (PCBA, servers, racks, L6, L10, and L11 manufacturing).
  • 5 years of experience in end to end supply chain, material management, planning, and supply chain design.
  • 5 years of experience in managing build and operations with contract manufacturing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Leadership experience in direct and matrix-managed organization structures.
  • Knowledge of typical hardware BOM, assembly and test processes, project requirements and schedules.
  • Proven record of leadership, analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and strategic skills.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Advocate AI-driven tools to enable predictive analytics for on-time delivery (OTD) and define internal automation requirements to reduce toil across the product lifecycle.
  • Lead complex cross-functional challenges, translating program goals into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and milestones aligned across engineering, product operations, and IMS leadership.
  • Identify supply chain friction points and design scalable frameworks or AI-assisted workflows (e.g., capacity planning, risk mitigation) to boost decision velocity and operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate cross-functional partnerships, acting as a central point of influence to mobilize resources, remove barriers, and drive alignment on key technical decisions.
  • Mentor junior program managers and foster an AI-First culture by sharing best practices for prompt engineering and agentic workflows to elevate team capabilities.
