Senior Product Designer - Technology

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer - Technology based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to shape intuitive, scalable experiences across complex SaaS and platform products. You’ll work within an AI-focused design environment, tackling foundational areas such as accounts, activation, monetization, and permissions. The role combines hands-on product design with systems thinking, strategic problem-solving, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering. You’ll turn complex business, technical, and security requirements into clear experiences that create measurable customer and business value. You’ll have the opportunity to influence product direction, explore ambiguous problems, and contribute to cohesive end-to-end experiences. AI-assisted design tools and coded prototypes will help you move quickly from ideas to validated solutions. This role is ideal for a senior designer who enjoys complex platforms, high-impact problems, and working with distributed international teams.

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across foundational platform areas including accounts and activation, monetization, permissions, and related workflows.

• Design intuitive experiences for account setup, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, indexing, and product consumption.

• Create complex workflows covering billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, localization, and related platform capabilities.

• Develop scalable permission structures, sharing models, and consumption experiences that work across interconnected SaaS environments.

• Apply systems thinking to understand dependencies between product capabilities and create consistent, cohesive experiences.

• Frame ambiguous problems, identify meaningful opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and proactively manage design risks.

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout discovery, design, development, and delivery.

• Use research, data, prototyping, and iterative design methods to validate solutions and improve product outcomes.

• Leverage AI-assisted design tools and coded prototypes to rapidly explore, test, and communicate product concepts.

• Contribute to a scalable design approach that strengthens consistency across interconnected platform experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital products and end-to-end design work.

• Proven experience designing complex SaaS products, enterprise platforms, or similarly interconnected product ecosystems.

• Strong systems-thinking capabilities and the ability to design experiences across multiple connected workflows and capabilities.

• Experience with enterprise domains such as account management, activation, monetization, billing, permissions, roles, or platform workflows.

• Advanced proficiency with Figma or equivalent product design tools, along with strong prototyping capabilities.

• Ability to communicate complex interactions and product concepts clearly through high-fidelity prototypes and design documentation.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective product experiences.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently through ambiguity while influencing product strategy and roadmap decisions.

• Experience using AI tools and/or coded prototypes to accelerate exploration, iteration, and validation.

• Advanced written and spoken English skills for effective collaboration with international teams.

• Based in Latin America and comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.

• Experience designing AI-powered products, using tools such as Cursor or Claude, mentoring designers, or working with complex billing, sharing, consumption, or permission models is a plus.
