Job Title: Business Analyst – Healthcare Domain Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong healthcare domain knowledge to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and healthcare SMEs to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical and functional solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working on healthcare applications, healthcare workflows, data, regulatory requirements, and enterprise systems, along with strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, process analysis, and Agile delivery. Key Responsibilities Business & Requirements Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops.
  • Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Identify gaps between current and future-state processes.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, developers, QA, and architects.
