Work Setup & Schedule

• Location: 100% Remote (Must be residing in the Philippines)

• Schedule: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM AEST)

• Employment Type: Full-time (Probationary to Regular after 6-months)

Our client is the leading managed service provider for the advertising performer supply chain across Australia and New Zealand. Since 2002, they have simplified contracting, compliance, and payments for agencies, production companies, and performers. Having scaled their SaaS ecosystem across ANZ and global markets, they are currently expanding their technology team to engineer next-generation digital products.

Role Purpose

Our client is building a world-leading SaaS solution to revolutionize the global advertising industry. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in architecting and modernizing high-scale applications, delivering core feature sets for the next iteration of their enterprise platform while helping transition legacy architectures toward modern API-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-scale, secure web applications using C#, .NET Core, WebAPI, Angular 17, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Web Apps.

• Allocate hands-on development effort across a 60% back-end and 40% front-end technical split.

• Contribute to design and architecture discussions, driving continuous improvement in system architecture, performance, and API-driven data integration.

• Participate in refactoring existing core systems while architecting clean, greenfield services for platform modernization.

• Collaborate on business analysis, requirements gathering, unit testing, and continuous integration workflows as a well-rounded DevOps engineer.

• Maintain high code quality, security, and test coverage using automated testing frameworks.

Required Experience & Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern Angular (specifically Angular 17), TypeScript, HTML5, and Bootstrap.

• 4+ years of database development experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL, Entity Framework, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.

• Strong expertise building and consuming Web APIs and RESTful services.

• Demonstrated experience refactoring complex legacy codebases as well as developing new platform components from scratch.

• Proven experience with automated unit and regression testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, Moq).

• Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

• Strong ability to clarify business requirements and drive technical delivery in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Exposure to cloud-native development on Azure (Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL, Blob Storage).

• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, and enterprise design patterns.

• Practical experience implementing secure coding practices (OWASP standards).

• Familiarity with DevOps principles, automated build pipelines, and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
