Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead – Order to Cash, Global Trade & Service (SAP SD/GTS) is responsible for global ownership of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Trade Compliance, Logistics Execution, and Service Management business processes. The role serves as a strategic business partner, SAP functional expert, solution architect, and transformation lead, driving business process optimization, SAP solution strategy, governance, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The position acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, SAP support partners, implementation providers, and IT leadership to deliver scalable, compliant, and industry-leading solutions. With 12–15 Years SAP Experience as BA ,8+ Years SD/GTS Consulting and experience in Global Sales & Supply Programmes.

• Lead organizational readiness and deployment planning.
• Support business process redesign and adoption of SAP best practices.

Leadership & Governance

• Act as Global Process Owner for assigned process domains.
• Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and design authorities.
• Drive process standardization, harmonization, KPI improvement, and policy compliance.
• Govern solution delivery, testing, deployment, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Vendor & Partner Governance

• Manage relationships with AMS providers, SAP partners, system integrators, RISE partners, and third-party vendors.
• Conduct design reviews, architecture reviews, SLA management, and performance assessments.
• Ensure adherence to solution standards, documentation standards, and change governance processes.
