Your Future Team

The Salesforce FSC Service Associate supports the management and optimization of our Financial Service Cloud, Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy and enhancing CRM processes. This role involves collaborating with teams, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment.

  • Own Salesforce Data Quality: Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of Salesforce data through ongoing governance, cleansing, imports/exports, deduplication, and quality assurance activities.
  • Deliver Exceptional User Support: Serve as a trusted Salesforce resource by resolving user issues, driving adoption, and providing timely guidance that enhances the overall user experience regarding Financial Service Cloud.
  • Develop Reporting & Business Insights: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analyses that provide actionable insights and enable informed business decisions.
  • Drive Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support automation and platform enhancements alongside Salesforce administrators and developers.
  • Enable User Success: Create documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources that improve user knowledge, increase platform adoption, and promote best practices.
  • Support Platform Enhancements: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, implement minor enhancements, and continuously optimize Salesforce capabilities.
  • Maintain Documentation & Governance: Document configurations, workflows, processes, and system changes to ensure operational consistency, knowledge sharing, and long-term platform sustainability.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce, specifically Financial Services Cloud, in an admin capacity.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and identify trends. Enterprise-level support and documentation skills required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide end-user support.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to configure Salesforce and implement minor enhancements.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.

What We Offer

  • In Office Monday- Thursday (Work from home on Fridays)
  • Hourly compensation of $50 (exact compensation amount will be dependent on experience)
