The project: Our client is the utilities provider in the South-East geographic area. Their purpose is to deliver services in an environmentally sustainable, economically beneficial, and socially responsible manner and create sustainable long-term value for all.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering effective project management across medium‑sized projects.
  • Coordinating planning, communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Overseeing budgets, fees and commercial controls to meet agreed outcomes.
  • Applying project management methodologies and construction sequencing knowledge.
  • Managing bidding, reporting and project documentation activities.
  • Managing project stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Resolving planning, estimating, procurement and contract administration issues.
  • Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to support team performance.

You’ll need to have:

  • Significant project management experience across medium or complex project delivery stages.
  • Professional membership (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent).
  • Related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship.
  • Appropriate CSCS card and strong understanding of construction delivery practices.
