As a Transformation Consultant (Business Analyst), you will play a key role in shaping and delivering transformation programmes for leading banks, insurers, and financial institutions. Your skills & qualifications• Fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)

  • +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant within Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of banking, insurance, payments, and/or risk & compliance domains.
  • Experience working on transformation or change initiatives.
  • Hands‑on experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and structuring skills; able to translate complexity into clear insights.
  • Proactive, client‑focused, and comfortable in consulting environments.

What will you do?You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation, supporting clients through complex change initiatives.

  • Analysing and documenting business processes, operating models, and customer journeys within FSI environments.
  • Translating business needs into clear, structured business and functional requirements.
  • Supporting end‑to‑end transformation initiatives (digitalisation, regulatory change, core system migrations, target operating models).
  • Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and senior management to define scope, priorities, and solutions.
  • Creating high‑quality consulting deliverables such as business cases, gap analyses, and impact assessments.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, developers, and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and driving clarity and momentum in complex transformation contexts.
