Working under the direction of Finance Management, this role will help transform a decentralized reporting environment into a more integrated, governed, and effective reporting ecosystem. The position will develop a strong understanding of the division’s data environments and systems, connect previously siloed data, and deliver more comprehensive reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the division’s data environments, systems, reporting platforms, and data relationships, including how information can be accessed, connected, and integrated.
  • Connect and combine data across systems to create more complete, robust, and actionable reporting that is not available through individual data sources today.
  • Administer the division’s reporting governance framework, including maintaining an inventory of reporting assets and applying standards for development, documentation, ownership, data validation, and lifecycle management.
  • Evaluate new reporting requests against existing capabilities to reduce duplicate, inconsistent, or unnecessary reporting and identify opportunities to consolidate or enhance existing solutions.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for reporting requests, partnering with Operations, Finance, Technology, and other departments to understand needs and facilitate the appropriate solution.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and coordinate with BI, data, technology, and other reporting resources as needed to deliver solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to establish and maintain consistent metrics, definitions, data logic, and sources of truth across reporting.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting through automation, data integration, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot reporting systems, data integrations, reconciliation issues, data quality, and production performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation that improves transparency into data sources, calculations, business logic, reporting ownership, and processes.
  • Proactively identify reporting gaps and opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency, scalability, and business value of division reporting.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of directly related experience
  • Advanced Business Intelligence and data visualization
