Job Summary

The System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the banks infrastructure to ensure its security and performance. This position will provide technical expertise and support as needed and may include travel to all bank locations.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Troubleshoot advanced technical issues involving desktops, servers, networking equipment, and all bank applications
  • Manage the banks Microsoft 365 Tenant and auxiliary products
  • Manages and supports DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Windows Active Directory
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal knowledge base articles
  • Supports the banks virtualization server infrastructure
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot virtual servers
  • Perform regular system backups and data recovery operations
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to resolve infrastructure issues and implement upgrades
  • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the bank's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless systems, firewalls, and network-connected services.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Track, prioritize, and manage vulnerability remediation efforts across the organization
  • Create and maintain vulnerability metrics and KPI's
  • Track and manage incident tickets, SLAs, prioritization, and resolution timelines
