Product Marketing Manager

Remote position: Must reside in a FINBOA approved location, AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NY, PA, SC, or TX

FINBOA is seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to shape how our fintech solutions are positioned, launched, and differentiated in the market.

Serving as the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, and executive leadership, you will translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value, lead commercialization efforts, and equip client-facing teams with the insights and tools they need to compete effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions across FINBOA’s product portfolio.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new products, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Create competitive battlecards, market intelligence reports, and win/loss analyses.
  • Conduct pricing and market research to support pricing and packaging recommendations.
  • Develop presentations, solution briefs, competitive guides, and objection-handling tools.
  • Train client-facing teams on product positioning and differentiation.
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused value.
  • Align messaging and enablement content with Sales, Client Experience, and Solutions Consulting.
  • Support strategic sales opportunities and RFP responses.
  • Manage industry analyst briefings and inquiries.
  • Measure launch performance, product adoption, and enablement effectiveness.
  • Maintain an organized, current library of commercialization and sales enablement content.

What You’ll Bring

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in product marketing, product management, solutions consulting, or a related SaaS role.
  • Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • The ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Experience creating competitive intelligence and sales enablement resources.
  • A proven ability to align cross-functional teams around shared priorities.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, payments, fraud, disputes, or treasury management is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise software, workflow automation, or industry analyst relations is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

You will help FINBOA deliver coordinated product launches, increase product adoption, strengthen competitive positioning, and provide Sales with content they use and trust. Your market insights and recommendations will help inform product, pricing, and commercialization decisions across the organization.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Work Location: Remote within a FINBOA-approved state

• Approved States: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas

• Travel: Occasional travel may be required

• Compensation: $103,638 to $134,000
