Why This Role Matters: The role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end delivery of ERP and Corporate Systems initiatives across multiple business units. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, this position oversees roadmap planning, manages cross‑system integrations, and governs functional solution design to ensure scalable, efficient, and future‑ready corporate applications — while putting a smile on customers’ faces.

What You'll Be Doing:

A. Project & Delivery Management

  • Drive the product roadmap and align business requirements with functional and technical teams using a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Organize and manage Agile sprint planning, including backlog refinement, sprint scoping, and review sessions.
  • Manage timeline, risks, and escalations across multiple ERP platforms.
  • Coordinate business unit rollouts and enhancement releases across the O+O (Offline + Online) business model, ensuring key milestones are delivered.
  • Apply a scientific and data‑driven approach to track delivery progress, performance, and outcomes.

B. Requirements & Functional Design

  • Collect, analyze, and validate user requirements across business units.
  • Define and govern functional solution design, ensuring alignment with ERP and Corporate Systems architecture.

C. Cross‑System Integration

  • Manage and coordinate system integrations among systems such as Systems or ERP, and Promotion, Supplier Portal.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams on interface design, testing, and troubleshooting.

D. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and project sponsors.
  • Support escalated or non‑routine issues and facilitate timely resolution.

E. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Explore AI‑related features to improve system productivity and process efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experience across corporate systems.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong understanding of ERP or corporate systems across business domains such as Trading, Promotions, or Supplier Management
  • Solid project management capability with Agile / Scrum experience
  • Experience supporting or coordinating regional system rollouts
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across complex environments
  • Strong requirement gathering, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving ability
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and drive alignment in a fast‑paced setting
  • Familiarity with system integration concepts and working with technical teams
  • Exposure to AI-driven solutions or interest in leveraging technology for continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of SAP or Oracle Retail systems is an advantage
