Responsibilities

The Sr. SAP Business Analyst conducts and facilitates workshops with business partners to gather requirements for complex business procedures while providing best business practices knowledge to aid the design process for our currently growing company. Understanding of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module and possess business process expertise and leverage this knowledge to design and deliver the necessary solutions.

• FS creation
• Provide ShipERP solution/recommendation to customers
• Provide Technical assistance to Junior/Mid level BAs and QAs
• AXO creation and testing
• internal and client meetings.
• Eligible for cross department rotation
• Eligible for techno-functional roles

• Proficient in SAP SD and LE (process and configurations)
• Capable of understanding and interpreting Carrier APIs
• Responsible for applying instructed design from Solution Architect during SOW/Net New project implementation.
• Will be responsible for accuracy of the configuration, master data filling and any other manual functional action expected in customer system
• Responsible for testing through listed scenarios during project implementation
• Able to answer customer questions regarding the "how to" and questions around preparation for testing
• Will work close to the lead Ba and developer to achieve development completion through round of testing and defect/bug fix.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must have at least Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience in SAP, senior-level experience or even with Solution Architect experience.
• IT/SAP Training + Consulting background
• Strong background in SAP SD/LE
• Experience in SAP TM and EWM is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills (experience in multicultural companies is a real plus)
• Great written and communication skills
• Demonstrate patience to properly guide trainee with different SAP backgrounds
• Demonstrate good judgement to evaluate and manage trainee
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
