We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions for the Agora Insights platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into impactful dashboards and analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build and optimize semantic data models, datasets, KPIs, measures, and calculated columns using DAX.
- Develop and enhance data transformation processes using Power Query (M).
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
- Create executive dashboards, operational reports, and customer-facing analytics.
- Optimize report performance through effective data modeling, aggregations, incremental refresh, and query tuning.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and adhere to data governance standards.
- Manage Power BI Service, including workspaces, deployment pipelines, data gateways, and scheduled refreshes.
- Troubleshoot data quality and reporting issues and work with upstream teams on resolutions.
- Document report logic, datasets, KPIs, and technical designs.
- Participate in Agile development processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
