NeoWork is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support practical AI and automation solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and decision-making. This is a hands-on remote position focused on translating business requirements into working, scalable, secure solutions using modern AI platforms and low-code tools.

You'll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand processes and challenges, then rapidly prototype and deploy solutions—everything from intelligent workflows and AI agents to automation solutions and knowledge systems. You'll work across enterprise platforms (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Salesforce, and similar technologies) while continuously learning and adapting as the AI landscape evolves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and desired outcomes; translate those into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Design, configure, and deploy AI assistants, agents, intelligent workflows, automations, and low-code applications.
  • Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to assess feasibility, usability, risk, and business value before full deployment.
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and data sources, configure connectors and permissions, and manage data access securely.
  • Build and execute test cases; evaluate solutions for accuracy, reliability, security, usability, and performance.
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, reusable components, and implementation standards.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve solutions based on performance data, user feedback, and changing requirements.
  • Apply security, data-governance, privacy, and responsible-AI practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Support user training, workshops, and adoption activities for approved AI and automation tools.
  • Stay current with emerging AI and automation technologies; rapidly build proficiency with new tools and recommend improvements.
  • 3 or more years delivering technology solutions, business applications, automation, systems integration, software development, or low-code solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more AI, automation, application-development, or enterprise technology platforms.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompting, agents, and common AI limitations.
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional technical solutions.
  • Experience configuring workflows, integrations, connectors, and permissions (including APIs or enterprise data sources).
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and supporting deployed technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to independently manage work, rapidly learn new technologies, and adapt to a fast-changing technology environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or similar enterprise platforms (IFS, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, intelligent workflows, or enterprise knowledge solutions.
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, REST services, or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, C#).
  • Experience with Azure services, source control, or deployment pipelines.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, responsible AI practices, and support standards.
  • We offer health insurance for contractors

  • The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
  • We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being.
