How will you make an impact:

  • Provide business operations support and subject matter expertise for commercial systems, including user support, troubleshooting, training, data management, access governance, and process guidance for field and business teams.
  • Analyze business processes, performance drivers, and operational requirements to support strategic initiatives, commercial excellence programs, system implementations, and continuous improvement projects across Korea.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance commercial systems, dashboards, and business processes. Gather business requirements, coordinate testing and implementation activities, and support the adoption of approved solutions and tools.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales, market share, customer, and operational data across business systems while ensuring compliance with data governance standards and business requirements.
  • Monitor data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance across Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and related commercial applications. Investigate issues, validate data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting reliability.
  • Generate and validate standardized and ad hoc reports to support business decisions, including sales performance, market share, adoption metrics, inventory management, operational performance, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and stakeholders to identify business needs, share best practices, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Track and analyze key business objectives and performance metrics, provide recommendations for improvement, and monitor progress against commercial and operational goals.
  • Occasionally provide ad hoc operational and administrative support to the Country Head as required.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 5 years Previous experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related business support functions preferred.

  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including office365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of analytics and sales strategies
