Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analysts to support enterprise web applications, Pharmacy Partner Hub programs, VASE+, and .NET maintenance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and gap analysis.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, project meetings, demos, and UAT.
  • Support functional/system integration testing and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
  • Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database experience.
  • Experience with Oracle APEX and Microsoft .NET web applications.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred: Healthcare/Pharmacy systems, Virginia SEC 501, RFP/SOW development, .NET applications, and system upgrades/interface design.
