This role plays a critical part in Wolfspeed's mission to scale world-class silicon carbide technology safely, reliably, and sustainably. In your role as a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will lead the measurement, reporting, and optimization of Wolfspeed's global marketing performance. Working across website analytics, marketing automation, CRM, paid media, and social platforms, you will transform complex, multi-source data into actionable insights that help marketing leaders make informed strategic decisions. This is a highly visible role that combines hands-on analytics expertise with strategic influence, helping establish reporting standards, improve data governance, and create a single source of truth for marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that consolidate data across Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, paid advertising, social media, and other marketing platforms.
- Analyze campaign, channel, funnel, pipeline, and ROI performance to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for optimization.
- Translate complex, multi-source data into clear insights and business recommendations for marketing and executive stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain KPI definitions, reporting standards, data governance practices, and attribution methodologies across marketing systems.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, IT, and Web teams to ensure data quality, reporting consistency, and alignment between marketing activities and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related data analysis role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce CRM, and Pardot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Proven experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings and data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience measuring marketing attribution, lead lifecycle performance, pipeline influence, and campaign ROI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial B2B organization.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, social media analytics tools, and digital marketing measurement frameworks.
- Experience establishing reporting governance frameworks, KPI standards, or analytics centers of excellence.
- Experience with or understanding of SEO and GEO/AEO (Generative/Answer Engine Optimization) measurement, including tracking visibility across AI-powered search and answer platforms.
- Working knowledge of ETL processes, data integration concepts, and marketing data warehousing solutions.
