We are seeking a Global Product Manager, who is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for Brady's software portfolio. In this role, you will define the vision for our next-generation software, expanding our reach across desktop, mobile, and connected Industry 4.0 workflows. You will lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, UX, R&D, and Go-To-Market teams to build and launch software to deliver seamless user experiences while steering our strategic evolution from legacy software frameworks to scalable SaaS models.
Qualifications
- Drive Product Strategy & Vision: Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for our software product suite, identifying and fostering core technologies that propel our roadmap and capture dominant market share.
- Deliver Financial & Commercial Growth: Accountable for top-line revenue growth and category profitability by setting optimized pricing, positioning, and multi-channel commercialization strategies.
- Turn Market Intelligence into Action: Build deep insights into key market segments and competitive trends, translating data into clear strategic direction for Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
- Align & Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with global product managers, engineering, and stakeholders to prioritize high-impact portfolio investments, ensure cross-project synergy, and resolve complex dependencies.
- Optimize Margins & Operations: Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sourcing to pinpoint and execute high-value cost savings initiatives that maximize product profitability.
- Lead Process Innovation & Mentorship: Anticipate industry shifts and internal challenges to proactively improve processes, while actively mentoring and developing the next generation of product management talent.
