What you'll contribute to
As the D&T Portfolio Delivery Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of CleanCo’s Digital & Technology portfolio. You will oversee complex implementation, integration, infrastructure and automation programs. Your leadership will help ensure projects deliver their intended business outcomes.
Your work will improve delivery confidence across CleanCo. It will also support reliable operations, customer outcomes and business growth.
In this role you will:
- Lead the delivery of strategic programs and projects across CleanCo.
- Establish clear scope, milestones, budgets, resources and delivery expectations.
- Manage portfolio risks, issues and dependencies before they affect outcomes.
- Lead and support Program Managers, Project Managers, Change Managers and PMO resources.
- Work with senior leaders to align delivery priorities with business needs.
- Oversee procurement and supplier engagement to achieve quality and value.
- Strengthen delivery governance, assurance, reporting and consistent ways of working.
This role is a full-time, permanent position based in Brisbane.
On your first day you will have:
- Significant experience leading complex digital and technology portfolios.
- Experience delivering large implementations, integrations and business change programs.
- Practical experience managing budgets, resources, risks and portfolio reporting.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project and change delivery teams.
- Knowledge of PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile or comparable delivery approaches.
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in ICT, business or a related discipline.
