JOB TITLE: Senior Support Engineer
LOCATION: 15059 N. Scottsdale Rd., Ste. 350, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 and telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US
DUTIES: Drive the design, optimization, and multiple end-to-end project implementation of Blue Yonder’s (BY) Warehouse Management System (WMS), including software design, development, integration mapping, architecture, and software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies. Provide technical and delivery aspects of implementing Blue Yonder’s WMS product expertise solution. Facilitate technical discussions, designing solutions across integrated systems and ensuring successful provisioning, validation, and implementation of WMS and its integrated applications. Test industry best practices, defining product roadmaps for business process migrations. Lead technical discussions and provide solutions for integrating WMS with various applications. Oversee the provisioning, validation, and implementation of WMS and its integrated systems. Identify high and critical issues related to WMS and its integrated products. Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Define product roadmaps for the migration of existing customers to the latest WMS versions as per recommended architecture. Advise on industry best practices to optimize WMS deployment and usage. Manage the end-to-end delivery of WMS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinate testing phases and verify quality assurance of implemented solutions. Customize solutions for customers across various sectors, ensuring they meet specific business requirements. Develop and deploy scripts for service start and stop automation to maintain high availability environments with minimal downtime. Handle service requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain awareness of the latest trends and advancements in WMS technology. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Technical Architect, Business Consultant, Software Developer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include:
5 years in the following: project implementation Warehouse Management System (WMS), including application support; Scripting languages to include Bash, Power Shell, Perl, or Python; Basic networking; Operating System including Windows or Linux; Database Management System; SQL Server; and Oracle.
Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
