Salesforce CRM Technical Architect Location: Utrecht, Netherlands (Onsite) Experience: 12+ Years Overall | 10+ Years Salesforce Experience Role Summary Seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Technical Architect with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, enterprise integrations, and Legacy-to-Salesforce transformation programs. The candidate will lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities 1 Design scalable and secure Salesforce CRM solutions leveraging FSC and Agentforce. 2 Lead end-to-end Legacy-to-Salesforce migration programs including assessment, mapping, ETL, reconciliation, and cutover. 3 Architect FSC solutions using Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Person Accounts, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries. 4 Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and enterprise middleware. 5 Provide technical leadership on Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce best practices. 6 Drive AI-powered customer engagement solutions using Agentforce. 7 Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, GDPR, and security standards. 8 Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, FSC Accredited Professional, MuleSoft Certification.
