We are looking for a Java Developer with strong expertise in Camunda to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting business-critical workflows across multiple Camunda systems, analyzing and resolving workflow incidents, and improving logistics processes in collaboration with external service providers and internal teams.

The workflows are primarily developed in Java and/or PHP, so the ability to read and understand code in both languages is required.

This is a 5-month engagement with a possibility of extension.

This is you

• Strong expertise in Camunda.

• 2–4+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Java.

• Good knowledge of Java and the ability to understand and analyze existing code.

• Ability to read and understand PHP code and its functionality.

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving workflow/process-related incidents.

• Understanding of REST APIs and application integrations.

• Experience working with logs, errors, timeouts, and application/system incidents.

• Experience with databases and basic data cleanup/correction activities.

• Ability to work with legacy systems and understand existing business processes.

This is your role

• Monitor workflows across three Camunda systems and ensure their stable and continuous operation.

• Analyze and troubleshoot Camunda incidents, identifying root causes and appropriate solutions.

• Resolve Camunda incidents manually when required.

• Handle incidents caused by application restarts, unavailable dependent applications, and other system-related issues.

• Monitor Camunda and legacy processes, including restarting jobs when necessary.

• Check workflow timeouts, troubleshoot related issues, and restart failed incidents across different teams.

• Perform data cleanup and correction after workflow or system issues.

• Review and improve logistics processes implemented in Camunda in collaboration with the logistics service provider.

• Participate in discussions with the logistics service provider regarding process revisions, follow-up activities, and continuous improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve workflow-related issues.

• Read and understand existing Java and PHP code to analyze workflow behavior and identify potential issues.
