At Evondos, we're on a mission to Give Time Back.

  • Time for care staff to care, not administer
  • Time for families to stop worrying
  • Time for people to live independently
  • Time and capacity returned to healthcare systems

As the European market leader in medication management, our technology helps tens of thousands of people live safer, more independent lives at home.

About the Team & the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Design team in Finland. As part of a small and collaborative design team, you'll work closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to shape digital experiences used daily by healthcare professionals and end users across Europe.

We're particularly looking for someone with strong UI and visual design skills who enjoys turning complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and high-quality interfaces. You'll play an important role in shaping how our products look, feel, and perform as we continue to grow internationally.

What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive, visually polished user experiences across web, mobile, and device interfaces
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, interaction patterns, prototypes, and detailed design specifications for development
  • Collaborate closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to transform user needs into effective design solutions
  • Contribute to and evolve the Evondos design system, ensuring consistency across products and platforms
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and visual quality throughout the product development process
  • Support implementation by working closely with developers to ensure designs are delivered as intended

What You'll Bring

  • Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience in Product Design, UI Design, Interaction Design, or a similar field
  • Strong visual design skills and experience creating high-quality digital product experiences
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems and component libraries
  • A strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility principles, and modern UI best practices
  • The ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English is essential. Additional language skills are beneficial

Bonus points if you have experience designing healthcare, MedTech, SaaS, or other complex digital products, or if you've worked with international user groups and products. We'd love to see examples of your work and design thinking, so please include a portfolio or relevant work samples with your application.

You don't need to tick every box to be successful in this role.

Why Join Evondos?

  • Join a growing international company where design has a direct influence on the product and user experience
  • Help shape products used by healthcare professionals and people who rely on medication management every day
  • Take ownership of meaningful design challenges across multiple markets, languages, and user groups
  • Work alongside experienced and supportive colleagues in a low-hierarchy, collaborative environment
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of a design practice that continues to mature and expand

Most importantly, you'll join a company where your work directly contributes to improving the lives of healthcare professionals, patients, and families every day.
