Your Role:
Responsible for developing and executing downstream marketing strategies and commercial plans for the cell culture product portfolio to the achievement of North American business and revenue objectives. This role owns key aspects of product marketing across the commercial lifecycle including market assessment, product positioning, go-to-market strategy, new product launches, demand generation, sales enablement, forecasting, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies for assigned products and services.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs, market opportunities, and trends.
- Conduct routine business analyses and reviews using clear measurable metrics to evaluate performance and implement appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams, KOLs, customers, and other stakeholders to identify market needs and develop effective marketing programs.
- Design and execute targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue targets.
- Develop rolling sales forecasts for new and current products in collaboration with Sales and other relevant functions.
- Develop tactics, tools, campaigns, messaging and positioning to support sales and revenue objectives.
- Develop and execute new product pre-launch and launch plans for US and Canada
- Develop and implement sales enablement and of “how to sell” guidelines, including product rationale, positioning, competitive overview, companion products, and other relevant sales tools and support materials.
- Coordinate and participate in strategic marketing and planning activities
- Lead cross-functional teams/groups to develop and execute on strategic and tactical marketing plans.
- Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with commercial and business stakeholders to support long-term business and market objectives.
- Provide field marketing and sales support, including participation in customer visits, account discussions, and other field activities.
- Represent the company during customer visits, presentations, as well as regional and national meetings and other commercial activities to support field activities and gather customer feedback.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with field team to identify market opportunities and effectively support sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with strategic customers and key accounts in collaboration with sales and in manner consistent with customer-relationship-management plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related life sciences discipline in Biology, Cell & Molecular Biology, or Microbiology; Minimum 5 years of life sciences marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of life science and translational research and the ability to understand and communicate complex scientific and technical concepts.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market, customer, competitive, and business information.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with customers, sales representatives, KOLs, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems, and standard Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) for performance tracking and reporting.
- Up to 35% travel domestic & 5% international.
Highly Valued Skills:
- Candidates with a degree in Biology, Cell & Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology and progressive hands-on laboratory research.
- Experience working in a scientific, laboratory, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or healthcare environment.
- Experience and/or education in cell culture, immunology, regenerative medicine, or related technologies.

Due to the travel requirements, this position may be exposed to natural elements of nature.
The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $119,973 - $141,085/year, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of considerations, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
