Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI-driven solutions within our IT Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Einstein AI, Generative AI, and the Salesforce Data Cloud to build intelligent agents that streamline business processes. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of external systems through robust API architectures while maintaining high standards of agile delivery and comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop sophisticated AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, defining specific actions, topics, instructions, and grounding mechanisms to ensure accurate and context-aware responses.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable external integrations utilizing REST and SOAP protocols to connect Salesforce ecosystems with third-party applications and data sources.
  • Collaborate within agile teams to execute testing cycles, produce detailed technical documentation, and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of AI initiatives.
  • Configure and customize the Salesforce Lightning Experience environment to support advanced data management strategies and optimize user workflows.
  • Apply deep expertise in Salesforce Knowledge and Data Cloud to enhance data accessibility and drive insights for AI model training.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging generative AI capabilities to improve the efficiency and intelligence of deployed agent solutions.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven professional experience of 8 to 10 years in software development, with a specialized focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building and managing REST and SOAP APIs for complex system integrations.
  • Strong command of Salesforce Agentforce, including the ability to configure Agent Actions, define topics, and establish grounding for AI agents.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Configuration, Lightning Experience, and Data Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of Einstein AI and Generative AI technologies within the Salesforce platform.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including experience in testing strategies and technical documentation practices.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for AI-driven sales and service automation.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: ₹15-18 LPA
