Technical Support Engineer

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensure to comply with the company's safety, health and environmental management regulations.
• Manage customer contracts by performing preventative maintenance visits, documenting / delivering reports and providing on-site remedial support.
• Ensure non-warranty replacement to customers for respective region on time.
• Customer return valve Document tracking and ensure proper service and return to customer.
• Co-ordination with Service Team and cross-functional teams for Service Activity
• Understanding and following safety requirements for equipment design, troubleshooting, and operation.
• Ensuring proper shutdown service activity with documentation and feedback from Customer end
• Ensure Warranty/ Non-warranty replacement to customers for respective region on time.
• Timely submission of service report and solutions provided to the customers.
• B.E/B. Tech /Diploma /ITI or any degree
• Ability to work in with minimum supervision
• 0-2 years experience in service
• Physical demands:• Must be able to lift to 3 Kilogram weight.
• Must be able to distinguish colors

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in Solenoid valves handling, and Knowledge of field instrumentation pressure, Flow & Temperature.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English language.
• Willing to travel approximately 75% (within country and region).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
