Growth Program Leadership

  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives that accelerate strategic growth priorities.
  • Establish clear goals, governance, and success measures across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Drive alignment and execution without direct organizational authority.

Portfolio & Commercial Insight

  • Identify market opportunities, capability gaps, and emerging customer needs.
  • Convert field intelligence into actionable recommendations for Portfolio and Offer Development teams.
  • Influence future services strategy through evidence-based business insights.

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Facilitate alignment among senior leaders with competing priorities.
  • Present concise recommendations and business cases to executive audiences.
  • Represent Professional Services in strategic planning, commercialization, and growth forums.
