Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant / Project Manager to support the implementation of Business Central across the group.

This role will act as the key link between the technical Lead and end users, including Finance, Operations, and other departments. You will translate business requirements into system requirements, coordinate implementation activities, and ensure the solution meets business needs.

Job Responsibilities

· Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Operations and other end users and act as the main liaison between the different stakeholders.

· Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and system specifications.

· Coordinate Business Central implementation, migration, testing and go-live activities.

· Manage project timelines, issues, priorities, and stakeholder communication.

· Coordinate UAT and ensure business requirements are properly tested and delivered.

· Support user training, change management, and post-go-live adoption.

· Identify opportunities to improve business processes and optimize Business Central.

· Manage and prioritize system enhancement requests from business users.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

· Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.

· Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting and/or Operations processes.

· Experience in Business Central implementation, migration or transformation projects.

· Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams and experience in requirements gathering and project coordination.

· Experience with UAT, user training, and change management.

· Experience with SAP-to-Business Central migration is highly advantageous.
