Job Requirements:

Proven experience Managing large/Mid-size civil work, overseeing all stages from mobilisation to project site closure.

  • Supervising construction activities on site.
  • Ensuring work is executed according to drawings
  • Coordinating with contractors and labour teams
  • Checking construction materials and quality
  • Monitoring project progress and timelines
  • Maintaining daily site reports
  • Ensuring safety procedures are followed
  • Site engineers also work closely with senior engineers and project managers to solve construction problems and maintain project quality.

Must have been involved in NDCT construction / Power Plant Site Work, Infra projects

Proven ability to deliver site completion on time and within quality In-depth experience in ensuring statutory compliance.

Successful coordinating efforts across multiple departments and teams at site.

Proven ability to work independently and effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments, adapting to challenges and changing conditions.

Skilled in implementing risk management strategies to identify, assess, and site risks.

Role and Responsibilities:

To work closely with project manager / Customer project and Site Team

Monitoring & sensitizing of Safety/ statutory/ legal compliances as per stipulated norms.

Monitoring overall project schedule at site.

Identification of possible risk i.e. impacting the project time/cost and informing to PM for mitigation plan.

Monitor & ensure the closure of site technically.
