Tasks
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, including hardware, software, and network issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications on desktops and laptops, ensuring compliance with company standards and security policies.
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement solutions for complex technical issues, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations.
- Assist in managing and maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies, ensuring that resources are available and properly allocated to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate end-users on proper system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance user autonomy and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role in IT services.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
