What You’ll Do
As our IT Systems Analyst, you will be the backbone of our operational technology, bridging the gap between end-user needs and enterprise architecture. Your core responsibilities include:
- Infrastructure Administration: Administer and optimize Windows/Linux server environments, manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, oversee DNS/DHCP, and drive bulletproof backup, recovery, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Desktop & End-User Empowerment: Own the lifecycle of our workstations, laptops, and peripherals. Build out golden images, streamline deployment processes, and serve as the advanced escalation tier for complex technical roadblocks.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Administer platforms like Microsoft Intune or Workspace ONE to secure, configure, and manage smartphones, tablets, and BYOD environments seamlessly.
- Security & Compliance: Guard our endpoints with EDR, antivirus, and vulnerability management tools. Enforce access controls, participate in security audits, and ensure total regulatory compliance.
- Systems Monitoring & Automation: Proactively monitor health metrics, build automation solutions to eliminate manual toil, and execute root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Project Delivery & Innovation: Partner on infrastructure modernization, cloud migrations, virtualization upgrades, and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain accurate system inventories, craft knowledge base articles, and track performance and availability metrics.
Who You Are:
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure support, and enterprise environment maintenance.
- Core Technical Mastery: Deep familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy.
- Modern Management Savvy: Experience with endpoint/workstation lifecycle tools and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms like Microsoft Intune.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: A natural knack for troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues with a methodical, root-cause approach.
- Automation & Continuous Improvement: A mindset geared toward making things faster, smarter, and more efficient through scripting and process optimization.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred. Demonstrated experience can be substituted for educational requirements.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise desktop, server, and mobile computing environments.
- Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services.
- Experience managing endpoint devices in an enterprise environment.
- Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
