Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Cybersecurity Training Specialist to support the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity awareness and training activities in our Cybersecurity Department. The role focuses on coordinating training programs, maintaining learning content and platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting employee engagement initiatives that strengthen cybersecurity culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees worldwide.
- Manage the deployment, scheduling, and tracking of mandatory cybersecurity training campaigns.
- Maintain and update awareness content, learning materials, communication assets, and training platforms.
- Support phishing simulation campaigns, including planning, execution, quality checks, and user communications.
- Monitor training completion rates and support reporting activities to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Communications, and business stakeholders to support training and awareness initiatives.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of training materials and learning assets.
- Coordinate translations and localization activities for global awareness campaigns.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, webinars, and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor awareness program feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in information technology, psychology or similar qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant experience (preferably including cybersecurity).
- Good understanding of Cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
- English language skills - min. B2
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)
- SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) or equivalent
- Security+
- Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM)
- Learning & Development or instructional design certifications
