As a Senior Product Manager on the Merchant Insights AI Transformation team, you will own critical components of the vision and roadmap, helping drive a product portfolio that integrates shareable agentic and AI-enabled components at enterprise scale.

Job responsibilities

  • You will operate as a hands-on leader and partner closely with stakeholders across business, data science, and engineering to unlock value by leveraging AI to transform Merchant Services as well as- Ruthlessly prioritize and deliver capabilities with measurable impact; Manage alignment of core analytics across the product portfolio; Work with stakeholders to create clear roadmaps and manage expectations; Work with leadership and partners to understand and track value to drive efficiency and ROI
  • With Data Science and Product leads, help define prioritization across a diverse portfolio of products and stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-team delivery commitments, dependency tracking, and risk/issue resolution to meet deadlines and quality targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives across multiple products, balancing competing interests, and business-line needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product Associates for career growth and delivery.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics—balancing time, cost, and quality targets across the full product development life cycle
  • Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, epics, and user stories that bring products to life.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships that foster alignment and clarity around analytics strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Partner across the organization to uncover opportunities where data and AI can elevate the payments experience for our clients.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Experience with Jira, Figma, Copilot or similar tools; mastery of Powerpoint (for now) and Excel.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong understanding of analytics methodologies and technologies
  • Experience with Risk & Controls processes
  • Passion for data-driven innovation and problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to drive team success and stakeholder engagement
  • Able to balance ownership mindset with collaborative approach to ideation and delivery

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with AI-enabled products and AI evaluation/validation methods
  • Prior experience working within a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience in the financial services/payments industry, with an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities
