About Bidbus

Bidbus is building the future of how consumers sell cars.

Our real-time marketplace enables licensed dealerships to compete for vehicles directly from individual sellers, giving consumers a faster, more transparent and more competitive selling experience.

We recently raised a $15M Series A backed by leading Silicon Valley investors. Over the past year, our business grew 7x through California operations alone, reaching approximately $300M in annualized GMV, and we're now accelerating expansion across multiple U.S. markets.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Supply Growth.

This role owns the entire seller acquisition and conversion journey while also inventing the next generation of product-led growth for the marketplace.

Beyond improving existing funnels, you'll have the opportunity to launch bold, high-impact product bets that fundamentally change how consumers discover, trust and sell their vehicles through Bidbus.

You'll work directly with the founders and own one of the company's most important business metrics: growing the supply of vehicles from individual sellers.

What You'll Own

  • Own the end-to-end seller growth strategy and roadmap.
  • Improve the seller conversion funnel from Lead → Listing → Auction → Sale.
  • Build product-led growth initiatives including referral, retention, reactivation and viral growth loops.
  • Develop new acquisition channels and scalable growth systems that expand individual seller supply.
  • Identify customer pain points through research, analytics and experimentation.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to improve activation, conversion and retention.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to improve acquisition quality and CAC efficiency.
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering and Operations to rapidly ship customer-facing products.
  • Lead breakthrough ("big bet") product initiatives—not just incremental funnel improvements—that can redefine how consumers sell vehicles online.
  • Define product vision, roadmap and success metrics for Supply Growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Required: Experience building or scaling a two-sided marketplace.
  • Strong experience owning consumer growth metrics and conversion funnels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product teams from idea to launch.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of experimentation and data-driven decision making.
  • High ownership with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketplace growth, liquidity or network effects experience.
  • Consumer internet, marketplace, fintech, mobility or e-commerce background.
  • Experience building referral systems, PLG or viral growth loops.
  • Experience launching products from 0→1 and scaling them.
  • Previous startup or high-growth company experience.

Why Bidbus

  • Own one of the company's highest-impact product areas.
  • Work directly with the founders on company strategy.
  • Build products used by thousands of consumers and dealerships.
  • Launch ambitious 0→1 product bets with real business impact.
  • Competitive compensation, meaningful equity and excellent benefits.
  • Help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing automotive marketplaces in the U.S.
