后端研发工程师（golang） 1. 计算机专业或有相关经验，理解基本的数据结构，算法及设计模式； 2. 五年以上后端开发经验，有2年以上Go开发经验，具备高性能服务端架构设计与开发经验； 3. 丰富的需求分析和系统设计经验，具有微服务系统构建，高并发线上系统实践经验； 4. 熟悉Linux/Unix类操作系统，熟悉常见中间件的使用，理解其内部实现机制； 5. 做事谨慎、细心、抗压力强； 6. 可以用英语写文档以及书面沟通； 1. 参与设计和开发与金融相关业务核心系统； 2. 优化相关基础组件，提升整体开发效率； 3. 发现现有系统不足，性能瓶颈，提升系统系统，稳定性和扩展能力； 4. 能够理解和深入框架代码，发现问题的底层原因，从底层不断优化系统； 5. 深度理解产品需求，产出高质量高可靠代码；
