Brief info about Vinted

Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there. Every day, we work together to help our members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items, giving each piece a second life – or even a third. The Vinted Group is made up of three business units that support this mission:

Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second-hand fashion and a go-to destination for all kinds of pre-loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.

Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick-up and drop-off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high-value pieces.

Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.

Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.

Information about the position

We're building a program that brings AI and automation into how our marketing organisation works, across content, media, and brand. It touches a lot of teams and moves fast, and it needs someone at the centre keeping it all on track. That's you. You'll make sure our AI initiatives stay visible, on schedule, and joined up, without needing to be the most technical person in the room. You'll also get hands-on: helping colleagues build their own habit of using AI to work smarter, and running one of our workstreams yourself. You'll work closely with peers across Growth, Brand, Media, and Data teams, plus specialists embedded in each initiative you help coordinate.

In this position, you’ll

  • Keep our AI program's goals and progress visible across several workstreams, so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Own the reporting rhythm: automate what can be automated, chase what's overdue, and make sure our monthly business reviews are clear, timely, and followed up on.
  • Spot when two initiatives are competing for the same time or resource, and flag it early.
  • Run one of our workstreams yourself, coordinating contributors from across the business.
  • Help non-technical colleagues build a real, personal habit of using AI in their day-to-day work, not just show them a tool once.
  • Keep our documentation and backlogs organised and easy to find.

About you

  • Have a track record of building lightweight processes that different teams actually adopt, not process for its own sake.
  • Have strong communication skills. You can get people who don't report to you to respond, follow through, and stay aligned.
  • Comfortable in bringing order across the tools we actually work in (spreadsheets, Jira, Confluence, slide decks, Slack), turning them into something closer to a second brain than five scattered places to check.
  • Have some grounding in how marketing actually runs, whether that's campaigns, content production, media, or brand, so you can speak the language of the teams you're coordinating and know a genuine blocker from a routine ask.
  • Comfortable with working across a lot of different stakeholders and teams, without needing formal authority over any of them.
  • Have genuine practice of using AI to make your work easier, automating admin, research, or reporting, whether that's through Claude Code, Cursor, or whatever tool you've made your own. We'll ask you to show it, not just describe it.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Advantage: A background in programme or project management, marketing operations, or client/account management in an agency. If you recognise yourself in what's above, we'd like to hear from you, whatever path brought you here

Work perks

  • The opportunity to benefit from our share options programme
  • 25 working days of holiday
  • Access to all the tools & tech needed for work
  • Home office support: we provide IT workstation equipment and a personal budget of up to €540 for home workplace furniture
