Job Description
- Lead and manage geotechnical engineering teams across transportation, infrastructure, buildings, and tunnelling projects.
- Provide technical oversight for geotechnical investigations, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, ground improvement, and earthworks.
- Develop business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence.
- Review and approve geotechnical reports, designs, and risk assessments.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical capability growth.
- Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Large infrastructure, transportation, highways, rail, metro, or tunnelling projects.
- International project exposure (Middle East, UK, Canada, Australia preferred).
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with industry-standard geotechnical software.
