The role:
We are looking for a Product Designer who combines strong design craft with product thinking and business acumen. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design of product experiences, from user research and problem definition through prototyping, validation, and delivery.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, Account Executives, Marketing, and customers to create intuitive, impactful experiences that drive business outcomes. Beyond product design, you will play a key role in communicating product value through compelling demos, storytelling, and customer-facing assets that support product adoption and help win deals.

The day-to-day:
- Own the end-to-end design process for product areas and features, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Conduct user research and customer interviews to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Executives, and Marketing to align user needs with business goals.
- Build highly polished product demos, presentations, and visual storytelling assets that help customers understand product value and help Sales win deals.
- Create product marketing content such as walkthrough videos, feature explainers, and launch materials.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and modern workflows to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and execution.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product experiences.
- Strong UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills, with expertise in Figma and modern design workflows.
- Proven ability to conduct user research, synthesize findings, and translate insights into product decisions.
- Strong product sense and business orientation, with the ability to balance user needs, company goals, and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience creating compelling customer-facing demos and product narratives.
These would also be nice:
- Experience designing B2B or enterprise software products.
- Experience using AI tools, vibe-coding workflows, or AI-assisted design and development practices.
- Experience creating and editing product videos, walkthroughs, or other marketing content.
