We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 6–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and automated software delivery and cloud infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DevOps and a solid understanding of modern DevOps practices, with additional experience in CI/CD pipelines and Azure Cloud.

You will work closely with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery, improve deployment reliability, automate operational processes, and ensure highly available and secure environments.

Key Responsibilities• Design, build, configure, and maintain robust Azure DevOps environments supporting application development and deployment.

  • Develop and manage automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment across multiple environments.
  • Implement infrastructure and deployment automation using appropriate DevOps tools and practices.
  • Manage source control, branching strategies, build pipelines, release pipelines, and deployment workflows.
  • Work with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing and quality checks into delivery pipelines.
  • Deploy, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
  • Improve deployment frequency, system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency through automation.
  • Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization practices.
  • Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and production issues and drive timely resolution.
  • Implement security, access controls, secrets management, and compliance practices across DevOps workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to establish and enforce DevOps standards, best practices, and deployment strategies.
  • Participate in production releases, incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain technical documentation covering infrastructure, pipelines, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Must-Have Skills• 6–12 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, or related roles.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience designing and managing Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of source control and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with automation, deployment management, and infrastructure operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with developers, testers, architects, and infrastructure teams.

Good-to-Have Skills• Strong experience with CI/CD implementation and optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or ARM/Bicep.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Understanding of cloud security, networking, identity, and access management.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
