Stampede Culinary Partners is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our Finance & Accounting team. If you enjoy turning complex financial and operational data into clear business insights and partnering across departments to improve performance, this could be a great opportunity for you. This hybrid role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and business analysis. You'll partner closely with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to identify risks and opportunities, improve forecasting accuracy, analyze profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A, you'll support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and financial models that evaluate key business drivers. You'll analyze forecast-to-actual performance and prepare monthly financial reporting packages, management presentations, KPI reporting, and clear explanations of financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities.

You'll also analyze revenue, gross margins, operating costs, customer and product profitability, labor efficiency, yield, waste, inventory, freight, and manufacturing costs. Working across Finance and Operations, you'll support pricing decisions, cost-saving initiatives, capital investments, capacity planning, and other operational projects. You'll also help improve and automate recurring reporting, forecasting, and analytics processes.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3-6+ years of experience in financial analysis and manufacturing, operations, or supply chain finance
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with ERP systems and data tools
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
  • Power BI experience and Aspen Canopy familiarity are a plus!
