About the Job
Responsible for partnering Senior Manager, Project Management on delivering and supporting the COO’s Office projects. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects under the COO’s Office and be responsible for the overall project progress monitoring, tracking, coordination, and delivery. The ideal candidate is proficient in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and Scrum and has a strong passion for driving changes and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and various streams under the COO’s Office to ensure high quality execution and delivery of multi-projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Effectively communicate project progress to all stakeholders and provide recommendations and findings when necessary.
- Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Support identifying and prioritizing new project opportunities based on market trends and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics and prepare management updates and reporting decks and materials.
- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, regulations, policies, and standards during the project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience in retail industry or sizable companies.
- Or minimum 1 years relevant experience with a consultancy firm with solid project management skills and experience.
- Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills and a good team player.
- Strong project management skills and know-how.
- Detail-minded, self-motivated, and can work under pressure.
- Good computer skills (including Excel & PowerPoint).
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Willing to travel.
