About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Service Data team. The role combines logistics administration, data management, warehouse support, and customer service activities. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate processing of inbound and outbound logistics transactions while acting as a bridge between customers, warehouses, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain logistics and warehouse-related data within company systems
  • Create, update, and validate inbound and outbound orders
  • Review transport and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor shipment status and update customers and stakeholders as required
  • Coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operations
  • Manage shared mailboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain operational trackers, reports, and supporting documentation
  • Follow established procedures and service level agreements to ensure data quality and operational excellence
  • Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and proactively drive resolution
  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and service quality

Qualifications

Education: 

  • University Degree, preferably in a discipline involving numbers and/or logical thinking

The number of years of experience required:

  • Experience of min 1 years of experience in work in logistics, back-office operations and or accounting functions
  • Experience in a Shared services center environment is an advantage

Technical skills/knowledge:

  • Experience with ERP/CRM/ FO or BO systems will be useful
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • PC literate (MS-office tools, etc.)
  • Good Excel skills is necessary
  • Knowledge of any programming, app development experience would be a huge benefit
