Benefits
Full description
MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform setting a new standard for safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. We combine licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver consistent, outcomes-driven treatment for conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more. MEDvidi's technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning, freeing providers to focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.
About the AI Receptionist Team
At MEDvidi, we're building AI-powered products that improve both the patient experience and the operational efficiency of healthcare delivery.
One of our key AI initiatives is AI Receptionist - a conversational AI product that serves as the first point of contact for patients across chat and voice channels.
Today, AI Receptionist helps patients schedule and reschedule appointments, answer billing and payment questions, provide prescription-related information, and navigate their care journey. Rather than relying on scripted responses, it works with real backend systems - including appointments, payments, prescriptions, and patient records - to deliver accurate, context-aware assistance.
As the product evolves, we're expanding into more advanced AI capabilities, including provider visit preparation, intelligent patient guidance, and increasingly autonomous support experiences.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own one of our strategic AI product areas end-to-end.
You'll lead a small, cross-functional product team and be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, execution, and business outcomes of your domain. Working closely with Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams, you'll shape how conversational AI is integrated into real healthcare workflows while continuously improving the patient experience.
This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership. You'll be responsible not only for deciding what to build next, but also for understanding how AI behaves in production, validating hypotheses, measuring impact, and continuously improving the product based on real user data.
Why this role
- Own one of MEDvidi's strategic AI product areas with clear business impact.
- Build production AI agents used by thousands of real patients every day.
- Work on meaningful AI applications where quality, safety, and reliability genuinely matter.
- Collaborate with experienced Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Join a modern AI organization where experimentation, ownership, and data drive product decisions.
- Grow alongside one of the company's fastest-scaling AI product areas.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for your AI product area across multiple communication channels.
- Translate patient and business needs into clear product priorities and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Continuously improve AI product quality through experimentation, evaluation, and iterative product development.
- Partner closely with AI Engineers to shape not only what AI should do, but how it behaves in production.
- Define product success metrics, monitor performance, and connect product improvements to measurable business outcomes.
- Drive product discovery through hypothesis validation, data analysis, and user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure patient safety, privacy, and quality remain central to product decisions in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Clearly communicate priorities, trade-offs, progress, and risks across stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management with genuine end-to-end ownership, including 2+ years as an AI PM shipping AI/ML-based products in production.
- Strong understanding of how modern AI products work, including prompting, evaluation, iteration, failure modes, and continuous quality improvement.
- Experience working in an experimentation-driven product environment: forming hypotheses, running experiments, measuring outcomes, and making product decisions based on evidence.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining product KPIs, working with data, and connecting product performance to business outcomes.
- Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to make evidence-based decisions under ambiguity.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams and being comfortable discussing technical implementation details.
- Excellent prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- A strong ownership mindset - you proactively drive initiatives, challenge assumptions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Professional proficiency in both Russian and English, including experience communicating with native speakers.
- Ability to work CET/CEST overlapping hours.
- Comfortable working under a long-term B2B contractor model using personal equipment.
Would be a plus
- Experience working in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries.
- Experience building products focused on operational automation, customer support, or workflow optimization.
