You will produce polished, on-brand design work across social media, print, presentations, and digital advertising, working from an organized request pipeline with clear briefs and brand guidelines.
What You Will Do
- Design social media graphics, carousels, and story assets across multiple brand accounts, each with its own distinct visual identity
- Build and update listing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, postcards, signage, and property magazines
- Support presentation design for listing presentations, pitch decks, and internal events
- Create digital ad creative for paid social and display campaigns in required sizes and specs
- Resize, adapt, and version approved concepts across formats and placements
- Work within our project management system (monday.com) to receive requests, track revisions, and hit deadlines
- Maintain brand consistency by following established brand guidelines, and flag when a request conflicts with them
- Prep final files correctly for print vendors and digital platforms
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of professional design experience, or an exceptional portfolio from school plus freelance work
- Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and hierarchy fundamentals
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Figma and/or Canva for collaborative and templated work
- Understanding of file setup for both print (bleed, CMYK, resolution) and digital (RGB, platform specs)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and communicate clearly about timelines
- Attention to detail, especially with names, addresses, prices, and legal disclaimers
- A collaborative attitude and genuine openness to feedback
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut)
- Experience working from a creative request or ticketing system
- FusionPro experience for variable data printing and templated document production
- StackAdapt experience, including building or adapting creative for programmatic display, native, and CTV campaigns
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and a willingness to learn new workflows
