Enlight is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Finance Analyst to join its Project Finance team. This role is primarily focused on building and maintaining complex financial models for renewable energy projects, while supporting internal analysis and interactions with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models from scratch for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage).
- Analyze project economics and perform sensitivities and scenario analysis to support evaluation of business opportunities and financing structures.
- Prepare analysis, forecasts, and materials to support management decision making.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (including lenders, advisors, consultants, rating agencies, and partners) to ensure consistency and accuracy of assumptions and outputs.
- Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate modeling processes.
- Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in finance, consulting, energy, or infrastructure.
- Strong Excel skills with hands-on experience in building financial models.
- Ability to work with complex models, including large datasets and advanced calculations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in renewable energy or project finance – an advantage.
- Experience with VBA, Python, or similar tools – a strong advantage.
- Fluent English.
